Returns and exchanges:
All sales are final. Please review sizing before purshasing. However, if you have a problem with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items.
*The item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed. If they are received and show signs of wear, Wylē at their discretion, will offer a partial refund, charge a restocking fee or return to sender.
*You must email at sales@wylethelabel.com within 5 days of receiving your product to issue a return. Please include your order number when emailing us.
*The item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the return label.
*Wylē can refuse a return, if the product was not shipped in the time frame given.
Shipping:
Wylē uses USPS and UPS to ship out your packages and gives confirmation through email on your shipping status. Once we have shipped your package USPS and UPS is responsible for package issues. However we are happy to assist you with any questions.
All packages are sent first class with an estimated time of 3-4 business days. We offer priority shipping guaranteeing delivery in 3-4 business days with insurance up to $50. We highly recommend choosing Priority Shipping on larger orders to protect yourself from loss or damage. Wylē is not responsible for any lost packages or unclaimed packages once they have been scanned through the carrier. Insurance claims need to be submitted through USPS.
