Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges, cancelations however if you have a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). The items must be unwashed, unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc. to be considered for a return.
Shipping
Our current turn around is 3-4 business days. Some of our items may be available for pre sale if so please make sure you are well aware of or time frame when shipping these items.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office we are not responsible for your order. When making a return or exchange please keep your tracking information until the return is complete. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made.
Address Change
Please make sure when placing your order you have your correct address as we are not able to make any changes once a order has been placed.
Final Sale
All items are final sale. All items purchased during our sales are final sale.
If you purchase an item and it goes on sale shortly after you will not be eligible for a refund for the difference. If you have a discount code please make sure you enter it when checking out, due to our order capacity we are not able to go back and enter a discount code.
Sizing
If your child is in between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Items with an oversized or fitted cut are noted in each product description. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
