Washing Instructions 

We use a direct to garment process on all of our items, our designs are embedded into the fibers of our clothing which makes our clothing beautiful with vibrant colors but most of all extremely durable. Our clothing does not come with any special instructions however for best results we recommend machine washing our items inside out with cold water with gentle baby soap no bleach on delicate settings and machine dry inside out on delicate settings. 

 

Printing Process  

We print by hand each garment using a direct to garment process meaning we spray ink directly onto the fibers of your clothing, to ensure the best quality in the clothing industry. Our clothing always comes out vibrant, with beautiful designs best of all our garments are made to last and can be worn time and time again!

We DO NOT use any plastics, paper or vinyl to make our clothing this will ensure our items from fading and from having a textured feeling on our garments.

 

Copywrite

Wylē, LLC actively searches the internet for infringements and we will prosecute. All content is our intellectual property or that of companies and artist that we choose to collaborate with. We protect our intellectual property and the copyrights to maximum extent of the law.

This prohibits the reproduction and/or redistribution of part or all of the following items:

- Text/Pages/Posts/Images, Graphics, and Logos-

- Design Elements and Concepts

 

If infringement is detected, Wylē, LLC (or the original/collaborating artist) have options, which includes sending a Cease and Desist Letter or can immediately file a lawsuit demanding statutory damages and lawyer fees. A Cease and Desist Letter is not mandatory. This letter is a warning to let the infringer know that we plan to protect our brand if the information isn’t removed immediately after warning. If Wylē, LLC or the original artist opts to file a lawsuit, the person and/or company responsible for the infringement may find themselves responsible for extensive attorney fees and court costs to defend their action.All designs are Copyright (c) Wylē; protecting our intellectual property is taken very seriously and will be pursued by our legal team if necessary.

 

Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges, cancelations however if you have a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). The items must be unwashed, unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc. to be considered for a return. 

Shipping

Our current turn around is 3-4 business days unless we are out of stock of a size you ordered then you will be notified via email and will receive the item once it is back in stock. Some of our items may be available for pre sale if so please make sure you are well aware of or time frame when shipping these items.

Lost Packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office we are not responsible for your order. When making a return or exchange please keep your tracking information until the return is complete. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made. 

 

Address Change

Please make sure when placing your order you have your correct address as we are not able to make any changes once a order has been placed.

 

Final Sale

All items are final sale. All items purchased during our sales are final sale. 

If you purchase an item and it goes on sale shortly after you will not be eligible for a refund for the difference. If you have a discount code please make sure you enter it when checking out, due to our order capacity we are not able to go back and enter a discount code.

 

Sizing

Please read item descriptions for sizing information. Some items will have specific measurements and some will have a size chart in the photos in the listing. If you are unsure about sizing feel free to contact us.
